Maroon 5 2021 Tour Schedule – US Tour Announcement
One of the biggest bands in music is heading back on the road, and we can’t wait to hear the best Maroon 5 songs – both old and new. Rescheduled from 2020, this Maroon 5 tour will begin on August 10th in Auburn, WA, continuing across the US until the final show in Concord, CA, on October 8th.
Maroon 5 was one of many artists forced to reschedule their summer 2020 tour dates due to COVID-19. And while fans were disappointed at the time, the band is more than ready to return to the stage in a post-pandemic world.
They’ve just released their seventh studio album, Jordi, while lead singer Adam Levine recently provided some insight regarding the band’s memorable year.
“I’m so ready to get out there, and make people move and have fun,” Levine told Z100 New York in May 2021.”Our ultimate goal is to just have that cathartic moment with fans in person. To me, that is everything.” Cathartic moments will be plentiful on the upcoming Maroon 5 tour, and the band will likely be just as emotional to be onstage as the fans watching them.
Jordi is one of the most sentimental records that Maroon 5 has ever made. It’s named for Jordan Feldstein, the band’s late manager and good friend that died tragically in 2017, while the hit song “Memories” is also about him. Of course, the band could still fit in their trademark uplifting bops between the moving anthems.
Singles like “Beautiful Mistakes,” “Nobody’s Love,” and “Memories” mark a new era for Maroon 5, in which the band infuses tropical house, hip-hop, and electropop into their once mainly pop-rock songs. Jordi also features guest vocals from Stevie Nicks, H.E.R., Megan Thee Stallion, Blackbear (also touring with them!), and more.
Fans will easily be able to “move and have fun” as Adam Levine wanted on the upcoming tour, whether they’re dancing to new songs like “Beautiful Mistakes” or Maroon 5 classics such as “Moves Like Jagger” or “This Love.” The crowd can also raise their lighters and cell phones to Jordi, plus a new era of music and touring that we’ll never take for granted again.
