Netflix Is A Joke Fest is bringing nonstop laughs to Los Angeles, CA, this spring… a weeklong celebration of comedy that includes over 100 shows at more than 30 venues! Are you prepared to slap your thighs at jokes from the most famous funny men, and women, in the world? Because the Netflix Is A Joke Fest lasts from May 1-9.
When you think about your favorite comedians, there’s a nearly 100% chance that they’ll be present at the Netflix Is A Joke Fest. Ali Wong is trying her luck at The Wiltern on the 2nd, while Wanda Sykes will be at Dolby Theater the very same night. As for Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Gaffigan, Nate Bargatze, and Sebastian Maniscalco? They’re all taking the stage together at the Hollywood Bowl for a night that ranges from casual chuckles to roaring laughter, all under the Los Angeles stars.
More performers like John Mulaney, Katt Williams, David Letterman, Maya Rudolph and more will make an appearance, adding to a laugh-tastic week that you’ll never forget. Each comedian has decades’ of experience — ranging from mid-sized clubs to Saturday Night Love to top-tier Hollywood blockbusters — under his or her belt. But that doesn’t change where they rightfully belong: the stand-up stage. And you’ll see these A-list funny men return to their roots at the Netflix Is A Joke Fest.
Additionally, this week isn’t just about the stand-up performances, as guests will also be treated to podcast recordings, table reads, live tapings for Netflix specials, and much more. Highlights include a special event titled “G.R.O.A.T.,” or “The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady,” which will be a roast of the football legend hosted by Jeff Ross. Chris Rock will also host table reads of his favorite films, while Seth Rogen will host a variety show benefiting the Alzheimer’s charity Hilarity For Charity.
From stand-up and improv to sketches film table reads, there’s something for everybody at the Netflix Is A Joke Fest.
