Where to See Grupo Firme in 2022

Grupo Firme is heading back to California for two major shows, and we can’t wait to see the young Latin icons! The Mexican group will be playing on April 15th and 22nd at Coachella Music Festival and a performance at the new SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on May 28th.  

The City of Angeles has a special place in the heart of Grupo Firme, as the 7-piece group made history at the Crypto.com Arena (formerly known as Staples Center) in 2021. They became the first Latin band to have seven back-to-back sold-out shows at the iconic venue and were second only to Adele in playing the most shows there in one year. Not bad for a group who, just two years ago, was playing the small stage in Pico Rivera when their banda hits went viral on YouTube.

Now that they’re selling out arenas, they’re heading back to the city where it began. Expect to hear banda hits like their collaboration on Calibre 50’s “El Amor No Fue Pa’ Mim” with over 200 million views on YouTube. And then there are the tracks from their 2021 album Nos Divertimos Logrando lo Imposible, which helped win them a Latin Grammy Award for Best Banda Album in 2021.

You can see them at Coachella alongside Harry Styles, Lil Baby, and Phoebe Bridgers if all else fails.
