The Revivalists 2022 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
The Revivalists are heading to a city near you in November 2022! Catch the New Orleans-based rock band beginning the 1st in Charleston, SC, with stops in Asheville, NC, Nashville, TN, Washington, DC, and Boston, MA, before concluding on the 12th in Port Chester, NY.
What can you expect at your nearby The Revivalists concert? Their best singles like “Wish I Knew You,” “Soulfight,” and “Change” are a given, along with nonstop enthusiasm from the crowd that seems to follow the roots rock band wherever they go. They’ve stayed busy through 2022, performing everywhere from the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, CO, to festivals like Summerfest and Peach Music Festival. While Grace Potter and Ryan Montbleau joined their summer 2022 performances, these autumn shows will feature support from Paris Jackson, and we can’t wait for a night of music royalty and alt-rock hits.
One notable city that’s missing from the lineup of The Revivalists concerts in fall 2022? Their hometown of New Orleans, LA, which greatly inspired their soulful rock sound and will always have a place in their hearts. But it’s okay, because they’ve already spent plenty of time there throughout the year! They returned to take their rightful place at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in spring 2022, as they do each year, and just last month played alongside John Fogerty and The Beach Boys at Gretna Fest. Now it’s time to bring their best alt-rock songs to several other cities, and plan to bring something unique to every performance.
“We want to be able to give the people something real, something raw, something that is vulnerable, something that is not perfect and polished,” vocalist David Shaw told Highway 81 Revisited. “Something that [the audience] can aspire to be, and something that they can pride themselves upon. And I just want to give the people a good feeling in their heart and their mind. At the end of the day, those are the things that drive me, that I did a service for these people and made them feel something. I think that’s a really special thing.”
