The Black Crowes 2021 Tour Schedule – Shake Your Money Maker Concerts
Ready to “Shake Your Money Maker” with Black Crowes? The rock group has announced rescheduled dates for the tour that celebrates three decades of their first album, which began on July 20th in Nashville, TN, and will continue through September 25th in Bethel, NY.
The “Shake Your Money Maker” tour was originally announced in late 2019, scheduled to take off the following summer to celebrate thirty years of the band’s debut album of the same name. While fans were excited to see The Black Crowes perform the record in full, along with brothers Rich and Chris Robinson playing together again, dates were ultimately rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
That being said, the Shake Your Money Maker tour from the Black Crowes has been worth the wait. The group has been posting incredible performance shots on Instagram, showing the brothers playing to packed crowds as former member Sven Pipien joins them on bass.
This tour was a monumental occasion for fans of the Black Crowes – as it didn’t just mark the rock group’s return to touring but celebrated the record that started it all. Shake Your Money Maker is the first of eight studio albums by The Black Crowes, which sold over 30 million copies worldwide and established them as one of the best rock bands of the 1990s and early 2000s.
The Black Crowes have not released a new studio album in over a decade, although Chris Robinson has stated that around 20 new songs have been written for an upcoming record. Even with no release date in sight, it’s still great news for any fan of the band! Will they play them on the Shake Your Money Maker tour? You’ll have to see.
