Where to See Tenacious D in 2022
There are seven Tenacious D concerts coming up in September 2022, and you can’t miss the rock-comedy duo. Consisting of movie star Jack Black and his buddy Kyle Gass, they’ll kick off on the 11th in Philadelphia, PA, and make stops in Bridgeport, CT, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Milwaukee, WI, and more before ending on the 20th in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Tenacious D concerts have been visited every part of the US since post-pandemic live music returned last year, heading up both headlining concerts and music festivals. They had a blast all summer sharing the stage with Puddles Pity Party, the meme-able clown character, and have made appearances at Blue Ridge Rock Festival and Louder Than Life 2022. At these music festivals, Tenacious D cracked a few jokes between mosh pits for Slipknot and Bring Me the Horizon, and it’s a major part of their decades-long appeal.
Tenacious D has been serving raging laughs and hard-rock verses since 1994, and we love them for it. It’s no secret that funnyman Jack Black knows how to draw the attention of a crowd, and this charisma has earned them legions of fans and many accolades.
