Sum 41 2024 Tour Announcement – Tour of The Setting Sum Tour Schedule

Sum 41 has announced their farewell trek, dubbed the “Tour Of The Setting Sum!” Joined by The Interrupters, the pop-punk veterans are going out with a bang. They’ll begin the first leg of the last Sum 41 tour on April 19th in La Vista, NE, continuing through May 19th in Norfolk, VA. After taking the summer off, they’ll return on September 4th in San Francisco, CA, and end on October 5th in Las Vegas, NV.

“There comes a time, when it all has to end,” Sum 41 wrote on Instagram, along with a compilation video featuring their greatest songs and visual memories. Fans flooded the comment section with adoration for the band, who broke millions of hearts when they announced their breakup after 27 years. However, all good things must come to an end. And the Canadian band is leaving their loyal supporters with a lot of love and epic live performances before they go.

The best Sum 41 songs, like “In Too Deep,” “Still Waiting,” and “Fat Lip,” are practically a part of the pop-punk hall of fame. They played a major part in the genre’s success throughout the early 2000s, also mixing in elements of punk, ska, rap, and metal to develop a rock sub-genre all their own. Add in their controversial political beliefs that they’ve never shied away from singing about, and you’ll understand why Sum 41 are as punk rock as it gets.

They’re also releasing the eighth and final Sum 41 album, Heaven :x: Hell, in March, which is the perfect send-off for all types of fans. This double album is split into two styles — with the first, Heaven, taking on the pop-punk vibes of their early career, and the second, Hell, adopting a modern heavy metal sound. Basically, everybody wins with the last Sum 41 project, and we’re thrilled to hear new singles like “Landmines” and “Rise Up” on the road.

We know it’s hard to say goodbye, but at least we’re getting the most insane Sum 41 tour of all time out of it!
