Peter Frampton 2023 Tour Announcement – Never Say Never Tour Schedule

Peter Frampton has come out of retirement for his “Never Say Never tour,” taking the legendary guitarist across the country! He’ll begin on June 19th in Grand Rapids, MI, continuing through August 19th in Sandy, UT.

At the end of every Finale Tour show, I did say, ‘Never say never,’ and I am always full of hope for the impossible,” Frampton said in a statement. “I’m very pleased to let you know that I am feeling strong, and my fingers are still roaming the fretboard. Every note I play now has more meaning and soul. I love playing live, and this fighter wants to stay in the ring for as long as he can. Why is this Peter Frampton tour such a big deal? Because it was never supposed to happen. The 73-year-old announced in 2019 that he had been diagnosed with IBM. Also known as a muscle disorder that significantly declines one’s guitar-playing ability. As a result, he embarked on his farewell tour that same year and donated every penny to the Peter Frampton Myositis Research Fund at Johns Hopkins. It was a bittersweet goodbye for one of the best rock guitarists in the world. However, many never gave up hope that he’d return to the stage yet again. Luckily, that day is finally here.
