Mayhem Festival 2024 Lineup and Ticket Schedule
Mayhem Festival is back with a bang! The event will take place on October 12th in San Bernardino, CA, featuring an insane lineup of hard rock and metal acts that you can’t miss. Bad Omens, Parkway Drive, and Architects will headline, with support from Jinjer, Kittie, August Burns Red and more.
It’s been nine years since the last Mayhem Festival…and needless to say, Metalheads are shaking in their studded boots with excitement. Who can resist this lineup featuring the cream of the crop in Metalcore? Along with the headliners, fans will also experience We Came As Romans, Suicide Silence, After the Burial, Born of Osiris and many more. And we can already hear the mosh pits forming.
Mayhem Fest originally launched in 2008, created by Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman and John Reese. It quickly became a touring summer favorite, with support from top metal acts like Slipknot, Slayer, and King Diamond. However, after the 2015 edition, which faced challenges including lower attendance and industry criticisms, the festival took a hiatus.
Plans for a 2020 comeback were thwarted by the global pandemic, but now, nearly a decade later, Mayhem Fest is back and ready to rock once again. It’s no secret that the 2020s have been the decade of rock revivals, from the nostalgia-filled When We Were Young Festival to the genre-spanning Lollapalooza. And now, once again, it’s Metalheads’ turn to hardcore dance and scream along to their favorite songs at Mayhem Festival.
Aside from the headbang-worthy performances, Mayhem Fest offers fans a range of activities to do between sets. You can wait in line for a band T-shirt, enjoy an array of food vendors, attend band signings and so much more! All in all, the Mayhem Festival is a playground for hard rock lovers of all generations. And now that the festival is back after a long hiatus, even if for only one day, all is right in the world of heavy metal and rock.
