Margo Price 2022-2023 Tour Announcement – ‘Til the Wheels Fall Off Tour Schedule
Margo Price is all set for her first headlining tour in half a decade! The country singer will kick off performances on November 29th in Fayetteville, AR, and continue for roughly three months before finishing up on March 9th in Nashville, TN.
“‘Til The Wheels Fall Off Tour,” Price wrote on Instagram along with a series of emojis, “My first headlining tour in almost five years is finally happening!” I’m hitting the road with @jessi_colter @thedeslondes @lolakirke @treburt @bamitskam @thedanieldonato, and I can’t wait to see your faces!” Since Price could not tour in support of her third record, 2020’s That’s How Rumors Get Started; it’s been a little longer than she’d like since she played in front of fans. The good news? That’s all about to change on this Margo Price tour, and wait until you see what this country crooner has been up to.
You may or may not have heard about Margo Price, as many mainstream country radio stations won’t play her. It’s not due to a lack of talent (quite the opposite) but rather her ferociously blunt lyrics that tackle everything from politics and toxic relationships to her issues with addiction and homelessness. These things inspired her to release a memoir in 2022, and earned her a lot of attention with her second record, 2017’s All American Made… both positive and negative. These mixed reactions from fans have only been amplified with That’s How Rumors Get Started, although most critics like what they hear.
The Guardian gave the album a four-star review, adding, “Price specializes in the kind of grabby, effortlessly commercial melodies that can power songs straight onto playlists and up the charts.” Isn’t it ironic that she isn’t played on all country radio stations, everywhere? Meanwhile, Clash Music gave Price all kinds of compliments of their own. “Margo Price manages to balance the challenging act of making the most of the Nashville experience without allowing herself to get sucked into it,” wrote the publication, “‘That’s How Rumors Get Started‘ shows that it’s possible to stay true to the genre but also engage in light touch experimentation and pursue other interests. This is why she is in it for the long haul.”
Indeed, Price isn’t going anywhere in music… well, except out on the road for her first headlining trek in five years! Get your Margo Price tour tickets today.
