Louder Than Life 2026 Lineup and Ticket Schedule
Louder Than Life is coming back, well, louder than ever in 2026 — with a lineup that hits every subgrenre of heavy music imaginable. The event takes over the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, KY, from September 17–20, headlined by the best in rock and metal including Iron Maiden, My Chemical Romance, Limp Bizkit, Tool, Pantera, Gojira and more.
Regardless of where you fall on the moshing spectrum, your musical needs will be more than satisfied at Louder Than Life. Let’s start with Thursday, shall we? It feels like a metal history lesson with Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Alice Cooper, and Pantera, while newer acts like Currents and Erra pay tribute to the bands that raised them.
When Friday rolls around, the emo and alternative kids will be rolling in with their ‘Black Parade’ outfits. Hint hint. My Chemical Romance sits at the top of the bill, joined by A Day to Remember, Taking Back Sunday, Coheed and Cambria, Pierce the Veil, The Used, Sleeping With Sirens, and more that you listened to through tears at the age of 16.
Then Saturday goes full genre whiplash — which is very Louder Than Life. Limp Bizkit headline, with Sublime, Bilmuri, Tom Morello, Coal Chamber, P.O.D.,Ice Nine Kills, Nothing More, Halestorm, Knocked Loose, Body Count, Blood for Blood, Agnostic Front, and more filling out the day. It’s nu-metal, hardcore, theatrical metal, punk, and whatever beautiful category BABYMETAL exists in, all smashed together like someone dared the festival bookers to make the weirdest day possible.
Sunday closes things out with Tool, which already tells you the night is going to feel massive. Add in A Perfect Circle, Damn Yankees, The Prodigy, Chevelle, Ministry, Filter, Gojira, and Mastodon, and you’ve got a finale that swings from prog-metal hypnosis to pure pit fuel. It’s the kind of closing day where “I’ll take it easy” stops being realistic by noon.
Did we mention that you get to listen to all your heavy favorites while downing bourbon, which Louisville is kinda known for? Along with having fun on carnival rides at the Kentucky Kingdom, supporting food vendors with delicious eats, and checking out the merch tents for exclusive band accessories you won’t find anywhere else.
Louder Than Life 2026 isn’t playing around. It’s four days of metal legends, emo staples, hardcore chaos, and rock weirdness in one place… which is exactly why people keep coming back to Louisville every year. Get your verified resale tickets now for the 2026 Louder Than Life Festival.
