Knuckle Puck and Real Friends 2023 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule

Knuckle Puck and Real Friends are embarking on a co-headlining tour in spring 2023, taking the pop-punk bands to dozens of cities. They’ll kick off on March 1st in Palatine, IL, making stops in Boston, MA, Tampa, FL, San Diego, CA, and more before concluding on May 11th in Cincinnati, OH.

“Hello, hello, hello, we are touring with our besties Real Friends next spring,” Knuckle Puck wrote on Instagram. “The bond between RF and KP is a special one; we came up together playing the same local shows in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, eating at Nonna’s on Cicero, and cultivating a friendship that has lasted to this very day. Very excited to have Between You & Me and Bearings along for the ride as well.” Chicago is a bit of a breeding ground for iconic pop-punk groups, including Fall Out Boy and Alkaline Trio, and it’s safe to say that Real Friends and Knuckle Puck are following in their footsteps. The two bands are going to have one hell of a good time together in spring 2023, and we hope you’ll join them!

Both groups are continuing to support their releases from the past couple of years. Knuckle Puck came out with their third record, 20/20, in, well, 2020, featuring new songs like “Tune You Out,” “Breathe,” and “RSVP.” They also released an EP last year called Disposable Life…which frontman Joe Taylor says was a natural progression for Knuckle Puck. “We kind of felt like it was a reboot of the band,” he told Express UK.

“We kept joking: ‘Yo, we’re going to do a short EP – throwing it back to [2013’s] The Weight That You Buried – and capture the old vibe a little bit more,” he continued, “And then we’re going to do a seven-song EP – like [2014’s] While I Stay Secluded – before we do another full length [album]!’ But we were just joking about it!” That “joke” turned into one of their best projects in years, which they can’t wait to play live in front of thousands of fans. Are you excited to hear “Gasoline,” “Lonely Island,” and “Levitate” live for the first time in spring 2023? Because we definitely are!

As for Real Friends? The group’s fourth album, Torn in Two, came out in 2021, and they’re finally getting the chance to play it live in all its glory. The Alt Club gave a positive review, stating that “their music is their canvas, and they continue to bleed all the bright highs and murky lows of life onto in a very relatable and sonically enjoyable way.” They also praised the vocals of new singer Cody Muraro, with Torn in Two marking his first project with Real Friends and a promising career ahead. This includes the Real Friends and Knuckle Puck co-headlining tour, which will truly cement Muraro’s place in the band!
