Kem and Babyface 2022 Tour Announcement – Full Circle Tour Schedule
Kem and Babyface are embarking on the Full Circle tour in spring 2022, and it’s going to be a romantic set of shows with the R&B icons. Hosted by comedian and television personality Sherri Shepherd, the trek begins on March 30th in Petersburg, VA, and continues for 26 stops before ending on May 15th in Oakland, CA.
The tour announcement was funny and fresh, in true Sherri Shepherd style. It features a video of the comedian walking down the stairs of her modern home, excitedly telling a friend over the phone that Kem and Babyface were going on tour together in 2022. “It’s going to be a ladies’ night, a ‘find a man night,” she states before starting a slow dance to a 90s R&B classic. And let’s be real… won’t most of the audience be doing the same thing on the Full Circle tour?
Kem and Babyface are both fixtures of R&B and soul. Kem, born Kim Owens, has released five multiplatinum albums since 2003 and collected legions of fans over hits like “I Can’t Stop Loving You” and “You’re On My Mind.” His fifth album, 2020’s Love Always Wins, never got a proper tour due to the pandemic, and he’s ready to share these all-new R&B hits. With his friend Babyface by his side, of course.
As for Babyface, born Kenneth Brian Edmonds, he’s a twelve-time Grammy winner with 26 number-one R&B hits to his name, as both a writer and producer. NME named him as number 22 on their list of the “50 Greatest Producers Ever,” calling him “one of the founding fathers of all the best bits of modern US R&B.” And believe it or not, this is just the beginning of his legacy.
How can you resist the chance to see not one, but two R&B and soul legends on one stage? Especially when they’re joined by witty banter from Sherri Shepherd herself? These are just a few reasons to get tickets to the Kem and Babyface tour in 2022, available now for the following cities.
