Jordan Davis 2021 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Jordan Davis has begun his Buy Dirt tour, and the country crooner may be visiting a city near you! In September, the 17-stop tour began in Minneapolis, MN, and goes on through December 19th in Boston, MA.
This Jordan Davis tour supports his second EP, Buy Dirt, released in May 2021. The singer celebrated with a live performance at one of his favorite venues, EXIT/IN in Nashville – which was called the Buy Dirt Livestream and aired on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
Not only did this performance give fans a taste of live music after the pandemic put it on hold, but it also raised money for Music Venue Alliance Nashville. Despite being a native of Shreveport, LA, the city of Nashville is close to Davis’s heart…, and he went the extra mile to ensure that concerts would return to “Music City!”
Davis has played a handful of summer shows in preparation for his upcoming tour, including those with his friend and collaborator Luke Bryan. The two country stars go way back and even collaborated on the titular single from Buy Dirt.
Written during the pandemic, Davis says that “Buy Dirt” is about “appreciating what you have in life” and “enjoying those simple pleasures that money can’t buy,” – namely your friends and family. The music video shows Davis and Bryan singing in a mega-green field over a sunset – symbolizing the song’s meaning and adapting to the “classic meets contemporary” style of country music that the two men have made their own.
“Buy Dirt” continues to climb the country music charts, joining Davis’s other singles like “Slow Dance in a Parking Lot,” “Take It From Me,” and “Singles You Up.” He’ll be playing country hits both old and new on the Buy Dirt tour and may even bring a few friends on stage!
