JID 2025 Tour Announcement – God Does Like Paradise Tour Schedule
JID has announced the “God Does Like Paradise tour” for later in 2025, taking the rapper to dozens of North American cities. Joined by Young Nudy, he’ll begin on October 15th in Virginia Beach, VA, before extending through December 16th in Brooklyn, NY.
The name of the 2025 JID tour is a play on his all new fourth album, God Does Like Ugly, released in August. And it was everything that fans expected (and so much more!) from the 34-year-old after a three-year recording hiatus. This record contains guest appearances from Vince Staples, Ty Dolla Sign, Don Toliver, while it was produced by the master of rap himself, Eminem.
“Cool, man. Cool as hell,” JID told Billboard when asked about working with Eminem. We got a good rapport. It was the first record I sent him, like, “Yo, you want to get on this?” Bro just sent it back. It was calm. It wasn’t even that much conversation. Bro just rock with me, I guess. It was very simple.” New songs like “WRK,” “On McAfee,” and “Of Blue” symbolize JIDs individual talent and chemistry with his collaborators, while the numbers are next-level impressive.
The album peaked at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 and No. 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, while the reviews speak for themselves. Critics agree that it’s one of his best albums yet — competing with past work like JID’s 2017 debut, The Never Story, and his last record, 2022’s The Never Story. And you can expect an assortment of hits old and new, including past singles like “Enemy,” “Fuel,” and “Stick,” on the 2025 JID tour.
