Iron Maiden 2022 Tour Announcement – Legacy of the Beast Tour Schedule
Iron Maiden is continuing the Legacy of the Beast world tour in 2022, celebrating their seventeen album, Senjutsu, with a live show thats bigger and better than ever. See the British metal icons beginning September 11th in El Paso, TX, with shows continuing through October 27th in Tampa, FL.
This Iron Maiden tour began all the way back in 2018, with 2020 shows being postponed due to the pandemic. It’s been a while since these metal heroes graced the stage, but they’ve assured fans that the Legacy of the Beast tour features some of the best Iron Maiden concerts you’ve ever seen.
“We’re really looking forward to our return to North America so we can bring the Legacy of the Beast show to places we didn’t get to in 2019,” said Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson.
“I’m really excited about the new additions and changes to the stage production, and we can’t wait for everyone to see what we’ve got planned,” he continued. “The whole band has really enjoyed the Legacy Tour and now we just can’t wait to get back out on the road to play live, have fun and see everyone again!”
The feeling is definitely mutual for the fans who have attended Iron Maiden concerts since their formation in 1975. They’re excited to hear songs from Senjutsu, one of the most commercially successful Iron Maiden albums in decades, along with an entire catalog of metal hits that span across the 80s, 90s, and 2000s.
There’s something for every generation on the Legacy of the Beast tour, which has been described as “a number of different but interlocking ‘worlds’ with a setlist covering a large selection of 80s material with a handful of surprises from later albums.” The bands demonic mascot Eddie will likely make an appearance, along with performances of older hits like “The Trooper,” “Hallowed Be Thy Name,” and “Wasted Years.”
And then there are the new tracks from Senjutsu, which will make fans feel right at home.
