Imagine Dragons 2024 Tour Announcement – Loom Tour Schedule

Imagine Dragons are ready to “Loom” over your concert schedule with their biggest North American tour yet! Kicking off on July 30th in Camden NJ, the Las Vegas rockers will continue through October 23rd in Los Angeles, CA.

With their seventh album, Loom, set for release on June 28th, this Imagine Dragons tour will be a surreal alt-rock spectacle. They’ve already previewed the first single, “Eyes Closed,” which has racked up over 12 million views on YouTube in three weeks. Why? Because it’s really freaking good. “It really was about being something that on the outside looks put together and strong,” Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds told AP News about the single. “But on the inside it’s on the verge of maybe shattering.” With lyrics like “I’m back from the dead, from the back of my head/Been gone and facin’ horrors that should never be said,” it’s certainly an accurate descriptor. Meanwhile, Loom is starting off right with relatable anecdotes wrapped up in the best alt-rock verses of 2024 so far.

Coming off their critically-acclaimed 2021 double-album, Mercury, Reynolds and Co. knew they had a lot to prove. But so far, the new record has lived up to all our expectations and then some…and we’ve only heard a couple of songs! The band expanded on the album recording even further in their AP News interview.  “Just because something is looming doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad. It could be good,” he says. “I also love the idea of the double meaning of it, kind of being a tapestry.” “A lot of the record is kind trying to come to terms with just accepting. Things are looming and incoming, for better or for worse, and there’s just really nothing you could do other than accept it.
