Illenium 2021 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Illenium is hitting the country’s biggest venues on his Fallen Embers tour, a short but sweet trek that takes him to eight cities. Performances begin on October 1st in Boca Raton, FL, and visit Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and more before wrapping up on December 11th in Minneapolis, MN.
The 30-year-old EDM star has already dipped his toes back into performing as we adjust to the post-pandemic live music experience. Not only did Illenium perform at Lollapalooza in July alongside Miley Cyrus and Megan Thee Stallion, but he also hosted a three-set “Trilogy” concert in Las Vegas to mark the first musical performance back at Allegiant Stadium.
While this concert was in celebration of his fourth album, Fallen Embers, Illenium intended his trilogy show to be a love letter to his first three records – Ashes, Awake, and Ascend. He told EDM Identity that the three-part concert was a “celebration of the end of this chapter,” and “the biggest show he’s ever done.”
If you look at the performance shots from this Trilogy concert, Illenium definitely wasn’t kidding about the extravagance. He played all the top tracks that made him one of EDM’s biggest stars of the 2010s – including “Needed You,” “Good Things Fall Apart,” and “It’s All on U,” – against the backdrop of vivid lights and screams of adoring fans that’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
While it’s no Allegiant Stadium, the upcoming Illenium concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre will feature all the same booming beats and theatricality! There are plenty of emotions at play on this tour, as Illenium put everything he has into the release of his fourth album, Fallen Embers.
“This album is the result of my healing and personal growth. A lot of passion went into every single song,” he said in a statement. “Thank you to everyone involved who helped make this album what it is. I’m stoked it’s finally here and I hope you enjoy the start of this new chapter I’m sharing with you.”
