iHeartRadio ALTer Ego 2024 Lineup and Ticket Schedule
iHeartRadio ALTer Ego is back with another year of bangers! Set to take place on January 13, 2024, in Anaheim, CA, you’ll be treated to performances by nine of the biggest names in alternative rock. These include Paramore, The 1975, The Black Keys. Thirty Seconds to Mars, Bush, Sum 41, and more!
“Another year, another dope lineup,” says Woody of iHeartRadio ALT 98.7. “And another stunning display of misplaced confidence by the people running this company asking me to host such an event. My team and I can’t wait to get out there and pretend like we know what we’re doing.” He jokes, but Woody did a killer job of announcing Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jack White, and Muse at the early 2023 show! The audience had a blast rocking out to all sub-genres of alternative rock, from funk and space to electronic. And now they get to do it all again with some of the genre’s greatest chart-toppers.
What can the crowd expect at this year’s iHeartRadio ALTer Ego? A lot of pop-punk, for one! It’s where Paramore truly shines, having owned their headlining US tour this year before serving as support for Taylor Swift’s European dates in 2024. And then there’s Sum 41, who are performing some of their final shows ever after announcing their sad breakup back in May. As for Yellowcard, the upbeat icons who defined the 2000s with their hit “Ocean Avenue?” The brutally catchy track earned its own 20-year-anniversary trek this year, and will surely take center stage at the iHeartRadio ALTer Ego performance.
