Ice Nine Kills 2025 Tour Announcement – Silver Scream-A-Thon Tour Schedule
Sounding the alarm for macabre Metalheads everywhere…Ice Nine Kills is coming to town! Dubbed the “Silver Scream-A-Thon Tour,” this trek will celebrate their two scary good albums of the same name, next playing on May 6th in Kansas City, MS. They’ll stop in cities like Milwaukee, WI, Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO, and more before concluding on June 12th in Myrtle Beach, NC.
“The Silver Scream-A-Thon’ is a devilish chance for us to spend twice as much time in some of our favorite haunts, presenting a grindhouse-style double feature filled with deep cuts and our signature singalongs alike,” says Ice Nine Kills frontman Spencer Charnas. “In each city, Night One celebrates the fearsome full-length that began this era, ‘The Silver Scream‘. Night Two slashes through ‘The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood‘. Both evenings will unearth deep cuts from our band’s haunted past, with shocks and surprises galore.”
The first thing to know about Ice Nine Kills? Everything about them is horror-based…from their macabre props and slash-worthy live performances to their lyrics based on your favorite films. “Funeral Derangements?” A nod to Pet Sematary by Stephen King. “IT Is the End?” You guessed it, a tribute to Pennywise, the dancing clown. Charnas even pulls out his clown mask for this song, while he’s known to bring out the Freddy Krueger claw for “The American Nightmare” and a realistic bathroom setup for the Psycho-inspired “The Shower Scene.”
And then there’s the newer Ice Nine Kills songs from the past couple of years, which rile up the crowd even more! “Meat and Greet” is named for Silence of the Lambs and the incredible villain that comes from the film, Hannibal Lecter. Meanwhile, slasher enthusiasts will recognize “A Work of Art,” the theme song for last year’s Terrifier 3 that serves as a brutally good tribute to the murderous Art the Clown. Simply put? Spencer Charnas isn’t just your average horror fan; and he brings these films to life through his music for a full-circle moment of entertainment.
Whether you’re in the mood to mosh to these Metalcore breakdowns, scream the lyrics through your Jason mask, or all of the above, these Ice Nine Kills concerts will be scary good fun for everyone. They also have a handful of stadium dates alongside Metallica! Get your tickets now!
