For King & Country 2022 Tour Announcement – A Drummer Boy Christmas Tour Schedule

For King & Country has announced their annual “A Drummer Boy Christmas” tour for winter 2022! The Christian pop-rock duo will kick off on November 26th in Kansas City, MO, and continue through December 18th in Nashville, TN. 

“Yes, we might very well be in the heat of summer – but the holidays will be here before we know it,” For King & Country said in a statement, “and with them, we’ll be bringing you ‘A DRUMMER BOY CHRISTMAS!’” Brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone also described this joyous occasion as “our most elaborate, meaningful, joy-filled – and of course – rhythmic tour of the year, all while celebrating the greatest news the world has ever known!”

While there has always been a holiday-themed For King & Country tour since the release of their debut album, Crave, one decade ago, this one is special. “A Drummer Boy Christmas Tour” is named for their 2020 holiday album that was refused a proper trek that year due to the pandemic and made its live debut in 2021 in front of thousands of fans. They performed holiday classics like “Silent Night,” “Little Drummer Boy,” “O Come All Ye Faithful,” and more with their Christian pop-meets-alternative rock twist, and fans and critics couldn’t get enough.

For King & Country also released their fifth album, What Are We Waiting For?, in March 2022, which resulted in catchy electropop singles like “Relate” and “For God Is With Us.” While you may hear the occasional non-holiday tune on this For King & Country Tour, the Christmas classics are taking center stage.
