Enter “The New World” with Childish Gambino! The globally-recognized entertainer has announced his first tour in five years, beginning on August 11th in Oklahoma City, OK. He’ll stop in Columbus, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Los Angeles, CA, and more before concluding on October 3rd in Chicago, IL.
Gambino, the musical alias of Donald Glover, accompanied the tour announcement with the release of ATAVISTA — the “finished version” of his 2020 record, 3.15.20. Featuring old favorites along with two new songs, “Atavista” and “Human Sacrifice,” this album gave Gambino a chance to reflect on who he’s become in the past four years. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s also hinted that an all-new Childish Gambino record is due to come out in the next few months!
As a sneak peek, he also put out a music video for a new song, “Little Foot Big Foot” featuring Young Nudy. A black-and-white bash with a cinematic vibe, as one would expect from multi-hyphenate performer, these visuals represent everything that Childish Gambino is.
