Backstreet Boys Las Vegas Residency 2021 – A Very Backstreet Christmas Party Schedule
There’s a reason to celebrate this holiday season with the Backstreet Boys, the 90’s pop icons who are going to be taking Las Vegas with “A Very Backstreet Christmas Party.” The residency begins on November 11th at the Zappos Theater in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and continues until December 23rd for 12 shows in total.
“It’s like your corporate office Christmas party on steroids … and in Las Vegas,” Backstreet Boy member Kevin Richardson told USA Today about the band’s Las Vegas residency. Does it get any better than that? 90’s kids can reunite for the ultimate holiday party with one of the top groups of the decade, and it’s one of the greatest gifts as we return to live music.
This will be the second Las Vegas residency for the group, as they performed the Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life stint in the same theater for over two years. After wrapping up this residency in April 2019, the Backstreet Boys embarked on the DNA World Tour that is on hold until 2022 due to the pandemic. Of course, their return to Las Vegas seemed inevitable.
“We really wanted to perform for our fans before the end of this year and felt it was a great opportunity,” Richardson says. “We have two Christmas songs in our history and thought we’d do 12 shows – a small sampling that could maybe happen annually.”
