Alec Benjamin is hitting the road in support of his upcoming album, 12 Notes…and it’s going to be a grand evening with the indie singer-songwriter. Joined by Matt Hansen, he’ll kick off on September 6th in San Diego, CA, making dozens of. stops including Dallas, TX, Raleigh, NC, and Denver. CO. He’ll conclude these Alec Benjamin concerts on October 25th in Los Angeles, CA.
12 Notes is set for release on May 10th, and Benjamin has already teased a handful of beautiful singles to lull us to sleep. These include “Different Kind of Beautiful,” “Sacrifice Tomorrow,” and “I Sent My Therapist to Therapy,” all of which are seemingly better than the next. With his crystal-clear voice, cutting yet cute lyrics, and empathetic lyrics about young adulthood and everything that comes with it, Benjamin has created a musical persona unlike anyone else’s today.
