5 Seconds of Summer is coming your way this, well, summer! The pop-rock band will begin on August 10th in Uncasville, CT, making stops in Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ, and more before concluding on September 14th in Los Angeles, CA.
Officially called “The 5 Seconds of Summer Show,” these concerts will heat up the season in an unreal way. The Australian group knows how to put on a grand performance with poppy choruses, iconic drum solos, and sweet vocals, all with a bit of help from their fans as they sing along to every song. Speaking of which, these 5 Seconds of Summer concerts will be a joyous celebration of both old and new hits from their twelve-year career. The band continues to support their fifth album, 2022’s 5SOS5, plus a brand-new live record with orchestral versions of hits like “Teeth,” “Youngblood,” and “Ghost of You.”
They performed last summer at the world-famous Royal Albert Hall in London, UK, where 5 Seconds of Summer used to busk before releasing their 2014 self-titled debut. Aside from just being a full-circle moment, the band also wanted to pay homage to their musical catalog with their most unique setlist yet. We’re talking lots of live debuts, like “Carousel, “Bad Omens,” and “Older,” acoustic versions of “She Looks So Perfect” and “Youngblood,” plus orchestral renditions that will bring you to tears.
This all came together for their all-new live album, The Feeling of Falling Upwards – Live from The Royal Albert Hall, which puts you right in the room where it happens. Emotions were running as high as frontman Luke Hemmings’ voice as he belted out the best notes from the past decade and then some. And they’re exciting to share such an incredible show on a loop with their fans. And of course, make new memories across the US on the 5 Seconds of Summer Show tour!
