311 2022 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
311 is continuing to tour throughout the remainder of 2022, kicking off new dates supporting their latest album, Voyager. Joined by Tropidelic, the rock-reggae group will begin May 28th in Superior, WI, and continue through November 12th in Los Angeles, CA.
In true 311 style, this trek will be a bit theatric. Towards the end of the run, the group will play six album-themed shows in three major cities — with each paying homage to one of the band’s first six records. In addition to playing the respective album in its entirety, they’ll also be joined by a supporting act that opened for them years ago in the respective era. Bronx Slang will join them in New York, NY, The Urge takes the stage in Chicago, IL, and Phunk Junkees closes out the final shows in Los Angeles, CA.
If you thought March 11th, also known as the unofficial holiday called “311 Day,” was a big deal, wait until you see these shows! Even as they continue to play more recent songs off Voyager, like “Good Feeling,” “Crossfire,” and “Don’t You Worry,” they’ll also incorporate the classics. The rock-reggae group has been making crowds alternate between dancing, swaying, and moshing since the late 1980s, and they can’t wait to do it all again on this 311 tour.
“We made due during the pandemic with live streaming… so we stayed connected to our fans that way,” vocalist Nick Hexum said in early 2022 while discussing the 311 devotion to live performances. “But it’s never the same of all of us being together, and that live, in person, communal energy — so very happy to get back to it.”
After a spring run that included an epic two-night event in Las Vegas, NV, for 311 day, the group is ready to get back on the road in summer 2022. Even after 30 years together, they still manage to switch up the setlist and create an exciting, impactful show each night!
