Ice Nine Kills 2025 Tour Announcement – Hell of a Summer Tour Schedule
Ice Nine Kills is bringing the heat and horror props on their “Hell of a Summer tour,” taking the metalcore giants to 19 cities. With support from Dayseeker, Kim Dracula, The Funeral Portrait and Mest, they’ll begin on August 10th in Waukee, IA, and extend through September 13th at their annual Silver Screen Con in Worcester, MA.
“The Hell of a Summer Tour will be a celebration of all things INK — past, present, and future,” says Ice Nine Kills frontman Spencer Charnas. “It’s an eclectic bill, and having Mest on some of the shows is a particularly full-circle moment for me. As many Psychos will remember, I formed the band after seeing Goldfinger and Mest in Worcester 25 years ago. The date is so important to me that I have it tattooed behind my ear.”
Ice Nine Kills are ‘road warriors’ in every sense of the term, currently wrapping up their ‘Silver-Scream-A-Thon tour’ and joint dates with Metallica to packed crowds. With a setlist that includes all of their horror-inspired hits — including “Stabbing in the Dark” based on Halloween, “A Grave Mistake” for The Crow, and “IT Is the End” as a tribute to Stephen King’s IT, they put on a show that’s simply psycho. In the very best way.
Every one of these numbers comes to life (ironically, since many of them are about murder!) at an Ice Nine Kills concert, where Charnas owns the stage with as many masks and fake machetes as he can muster. At one point, he even brings out 2020s horror icon Art the Clown, who serves as a reminder that Ice Nine Kills performed the theme song, “A Work of Art,” for last year’s hit film, Terrifier 3.
The energy only amplifies with every bloody, beautiful song about the art of horror films, proving that Ice Nine Kills is a passion project for Charnas in every way. They’re also ending this Ice Nine Kills tour with a show and stop in their native Massachussetts for the annual Silver Scream Con.
