OAR 2024 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
OAR is gathering under the summer sun for their hottest tour yet! The alternative rock group will begin on July 16th in Raleigh, NC, making 30+ stops before concluding on September 5th in Kansas City, MO.
“It’s time for us to get out there and play a full set, jam out, and have another best summer of our lives,” said OAR frontman Marc Roberge in a press release. “We can’t wait to hang this summer with our friends Fitz and the Tantrums, Ripe and DJ Logic!” With their signature blend of rock, reggae, and ska, OAR’s feel-good vibes and fresh verses are ideal for a warm summer night.
That’s why they’re playing in some of the nation’s best outdoor venues, including Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO, and the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA! These OAR concerts will make for a breezy and beautiful experience, courtesy of summertime backdrops and over 25 years’ worth of hits. From their 1997 debut, The Wanderer, to their tenth and latest record, 2022’s, The Arcade, anything is possible at these carefree OAR concerts.
Well, the vibes are carefree, anyway…as the band takes their musicianship seriously in any setting. Semi-new singles like “Chicago,” “Over My Head,” and “Inside Out” are summertime anthems you need to hear to believe, especially the horn-packed and heavenly final track! Additionally, they’ll play older OAR songs like “Shattered,” “About An Hour Ago,” and “That Was A Crazy Game of Poker” for an unbeatable wave of nostalgia.
The platinum-selling group has added a genre-fusing, back-from-the-beach spin (despite being from Maryland) to the rock scene since the late 1990s, and they’re just happy to be here.
