Gavin Degraw is touring the US in the summer of 2023! The pop-rock singer will kick off on June 9th in Atlantic City, NJ, continuing through August 25th in Englewood, CO.
After announcing a series of European tour dates, fans on Instagram were clamoring to know when the singer would visit the US. But luckily, Degraw addressed these concerns very quickly in a cute and relatable way. “You didn’t think I’d leave you guys out, did you?” he wrote in a post to his 261,000 followers. He proceeded to tell them that he’d make stops in cities like Atlanta, GA, Charleston, SC, Detroit, MI, and more, and we can’t wait to hear all his greatest hits from the past two decades.
These include new singles from his seventh and latest album, 2022’s Face the River, which marked his first new project in six years! Last year took Degraw around the world as he performed tracks like “Ford,” “Greatest of All Time,” and “Let Someone In” for the first time. And it was like he never left our playlists. We may listen to him on our iPhones now instead of our iPod minis, as we did in the height of his 2000s success, but it’s clear that Gavin Degraw songs are a new type of timeless.
Casual listeners may remember his early hits like “Chariot” and “I Don’t Want to Be,” the second of which was the theme song to the popular teen drama, One Tree Hill.
