Four Year Strong 2022 Tour Announcement – Enemy of the World Anniversary Tour Schedule
Four Year Strong is soon embarking on the “Enemy of the World tour,” in which the New England pop-punkers play their most successful album in its entirety. They’ll kick off September 22nd in Richmond, VA, and make dozens of stops before concluding on November 19th in New York, NY. They’ll also be featured on the lineup at the When We Were Young music festival in Las Vegas, NV, in October 2022.
Joined by special guests Knuckle Puck, Microwave, and Youth Fountain, the band is destined to do justice to their 2010 album. Enemy of the World was their fourth record and the one that earned them a standing touring slot alongside veteran pop punkers like New Found Glory and Sum 41. Singles like “Wasting Time (Eternal Summer,)” “What the Hell is a Gigawatt?” and “It Must Really Suck to Be Four Year Strong Right Now” earned them four-star album reviews from publications like AbsolutePunk and AllMusic.
Of course, they’ve accomplished a great deal in the twelve years since Enemy of the World, but they’ll never forget where they came from. That’s why they’re set on putting on one of the best Four Year Strong tours in recent memory.
This includes the older tracks you fell in love with, as 2010 was an absolutely prime year for emo. AbsolutePunk called Enemy of the World a “pop-punk juggernaut,” while Rock Sound named it No.39 on their list of “The 51 Most Essential Pop Punk Albums of All Time” back in 2014. But as many of us know, Machine Gun Kelly and the When We Were Young Festival are helping the emo era make a major comeback, and Four Year Strong is along for the ride. They’ve released three more top-notch albums since 2010, the latest being 2020’s Brain Pain, but they’re focused on Enemy of the World for now. And they’ll provide it with the belated anniversary trek it deserves.
This Four Year Strong tour will be a pop-punk show to remember, and you can’t miss your chance to get tickets! Check the following dates to see if they’re coming to your city.
