Wage War 2024 Tour Announcement – Stigma Tour Schedule
Wage War is bringing their new heavy hits on the “Stigma tour!” Celebrating their fifth album of the same name, the Florida-based Metalcore band will begin on September 29th in Chicago, IL. They’ll stop in Boston, MA, Dallas, TX, Tempe, AZ, and more before concluding on November 3rd in Atlanta, GA.
Stigma has only been out for about a week, and is already causing the best kind of ruckus in the rock world. Singles like “Magnetic,” a pop-tinged bop that’s a far cry from their typical metal sound, plus “Nail5” and “Tombstone,” have become setlist staples over the past few months. Not to mention, provided fans a much-deserved sneak peek of Wage War’s upgraded musical direction. And now that the full album is available to the public, they intend to do Stigma justice with their most chaotic live shows yet.
Wage War concert regulars may be used to mosh pits and moments of introspective calm among the chaos. But how about dance-offs courtesy of their newly-implemented industrial and electronic elements? The band describes these songs as “a collection of songs with their own identity,” and they couldn’t be more on point. Certain tracks lean into the metal-meets-pop sound of Bad Omens and Sleep Token, while others take a heavier turn in a tribute to Slipknot and Cannibal Corpse. But at the end of the day, Wage War has a sound that’s entirely their own, and Stigma proves it.
Since their 2010 formation, Wage War has been on a constant upward trajectory, pushing the boundaries of Metalcore with aggressive riffs, melodic hooks, and rage-filled lyrics. Albums like 2015’s Blueprints, 2017’s Deadweight, 2019’s Pressure, and 2021’s Manic have given them a standing spot at the best rock music festivals in the country, plus plenty of headlining tours! This trend of success only continues with their new chapter, and Wage War can’t wait to celebrate Stigma with you.
Joining them on the Stigma Tour are ERRA, Thrown, and Fame on Fire, each bringing their own take on Metalcore for a majestic night. Are you ready to hear these new tunes from Wage War, plus older favorites like “Stitch,” “Low,” “Manic” and “Circle the Drain?” Get your tickets now!
