NCT Dream 2024 Tour Announcement – <The Dream Show 3: Dream ()cape Tour Schedule
NCT Dream is returning to the US on their biggest headlining trek yet! The K-Pop group will kick off its “<The Dream Show 3: Dream ()cape Tour” on September 12th at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, CA. They’ll stop in Oakland, CA, Fort Worth, TX, Duluth, GA, Elmont, NY and Washington, DC, before wrapping up on the 26th in Chicago, IL.
NCT Dream is just that, a dream. The seven-piece boy band — consisting of members Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung — has been traveling the globe, one sensational show at a time! With the signature glow sticks, grand gestures, and head-to-toe glowing garb that K-Pop is all about, NCT Dream concerts are a one-of-a-kind event.
And as they’ve wrapped up a series of international performances, including three sold-out nights in their native Seoul, the group is ready to return to the US with new songs and a new state of mind. They came out with their sixth EP, DREAM( )SCAPE, in March, which includes the ultra-catchy new single, “Smoothie.” Complete with an ethereal music video that includes synced dance moves, dreamy visuals, and even a unicorn (yes, really), it’s very telling of NCT Dream’s supernatural aesthetic.
These new singles, along with old favorites like “Chewing Gum,” “My First and Last,” and “We Go Up,” will be on the setlist at this NCT Dream tour, there’s no doubt about it. However, we don’t doubt that there’s also more surprises in store. How did such a vibrant and talented band come to life? It’s complicated…even by K-pop standards.
Let’s start from the beginning, all the way back to 2016. NCT (Neo Culture Technology) was formed as a rotational unit with a fixed age group for each subunit. NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV would all be swapped out for new K-pop idols over time as existing singers aged out. However, the success and growing fanbase of the subunits and individual members convinced their management team that they should all stay exactly where they are. And the rest is history.
Are you ready to see NCT Dream, the top-charting K-Pop idols? Also the only Asian group to appear three consecutive times (including 2018 and 2019) on Billboard‘s “21 Under 21” list, among other accolades? NCT Dream tickets are available now!
