Lukas Nelson 2025 Tour Announcement – American Romance Tour Schedule
Lukas Nelson is continuing the “American Romance tour” through the remainder of fall 2025, celebrating his new album of the same name. He’ll next perform on September 28th in Austin, TX, with Lukas Nelson concerts scheduled through November 9th in Napa, CA.
“This album is the first chapter in a whole new era of my life as an artist,” Nelson said about his first solo album, which came out in June. “It’s a love story to the country that raised me. Diners and highways that carried me through the joy and pain that led to the music you hear now.” Produced by Shooter Jennings, this is an Americana record through and through — with tales of love and loss, roadside landscapes, and familial legacy.
There’s no way to ignore the fact that Lukas is country and Americana royalty. His father is none other than Willie Nelson! That being said, the 36-year-old has more than moved out of his father’s shadow and into his own spotlight. With his band, Promise of the Real, he’s put out hit songs like “Just Breathe,” “Georgia,” “More Than Friends” and “Just Outside of Austin.” And each track has seemingly been even better than the last.
Nelson’s accomplishments extend beyond his family name, too. His 2023 album, Sticks and Stones, reached No. 1 on the Alt Country chart and spent 18 weeks in the top ten on Americana Albums. He also contributed to the Grammy-winning A Star is Born soundtrack in 2018, and has toured with some of the biggest names in music including Neil Young, Miranda Lambert, and of course, dear old dad.
Now, he’s showing fans what he’s got as a solo artist, and they like what they’ve heard. Songs like “Ain’t Done,” “Pretty Much,” and “Friend in the End (feat. Sierra Ferrell) are on repeat in the minds and heart of any Americana fan in 2025. And they’ll sound even better live as Nelson takes the stage with his guitar.
