Lady Gaga 2023 Las Vegas – Jazz & Piano Residency Schedule

Lady Gaga has announced a return to Sin City for her “Jazz & Piano residency,” and it’s a bittersweet affair for the multiplatinum pop star. Paying tribute to her late friend and collaborator, Tony Bennett, she’ll return to the Park MGM Hotel on August 31st and continue through October 5th.

According to an Instagram post, these Lady Gaga concerts will include stripped-down versions of her greatest hits as well as music from the “Great American Songbook.” You can expect just as many back-and-forth belts as outfit changes, in authentic Lady Gaga style, as she performs tracks from every decade. It’s no secret that she has the voice of a generation, suited for everything from pop and electronica to jazz and rock. And you’ll be blown away by these breathtaking performances.

While this is a solo show for Lady Gaga, she’ll undoubtedly pay tribute to the late and great Tony Bennett, a jazz legend who passed away in July at 96. “I will miss my friend forever,” she shared in a statement. “With Tony, I got to live my life in a time warp. Tony & I had this magical power. We transported ourselves to another era, modernized the music together, & gave it all new life as a singing duo.”

They released two collaborative albums together, 2014’s Cheek to Cheek and 2021’s Love For Sale, and toured the world as a jazzy singing duo. Despite their large age gap and undeniably unique careers, their voices blended together in a smooth, surreal way that few could deny. Lady Gaga played a handful of shows with Bennett last year at Radio City Music Hall before he passed away, and she’s honoring his memory in the only way she knows how.

Lady Gaga got her start in the late 2000s with catchy pop hits like “Just Dance” “Bad Romance,” “Poker Face,” and “Bad Romance,” which she still performs regularly. However, she’s never been shy about her love for jazz and the Great American Songbook. She’s performed her Las Vegas residency on and off since 2019, and can’t wait to reemerge with even more show tunes and showmanship!
