Eric Church 2023 Tour Announcement – Outsiders Revival Tour Schedule

Eric Church is heading on his first-ever outdoor amphitheater trek in summer 2023, called the “Outsiders Revival tour!” Joined by a long list of uber-famous opening acts, he’ll kick off on June 22nd in Milwaukee, WI, continuing for over three months before concluding on September 30th in Tampa, FL.

“We have never done an outdoor summer tour. Never headlined amphitheaters. Never brought a summer experience to your town that featured artists we want to share the summer with,” Church wrote on Instagram. “Until now. See you in the season of sunshine with some fellow outsiders that shine brightest when the sun goes down.” The guest stars on this Eric Church tour will rotate over several months, each just as incredible as the next. They include Ashley McBryde, Parker McCollum, and Morgan Wade throughout June, before Koe Wetzel, Travis Tritt, and Muscadine Bloodline start performing in July. Cody Jinks will take over in August, while Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Whiskey Myers, and more will perform on the later dates. Talk about a country music extravaganza!

We’re not entirely sure why there’s never been a fully outdoors Eric Church tour, nor why he decided to do it in 2023, but we’re just very excited that he did! The platinum country singer has a lengthy catalog of hits that are perfect for kicking up your heels in the summer sun, and we don’t even know where to begin building our dream setlist. There are early 2010s favorites like “Drink in My Hand,” “Record Year,” and “Creepin’,” along with more recent songs from his latest album 2021’s Heart & Soul. Featuring singles like “Stick That In Your Country Song,” “Hell of a View,” and “Heart on Fire,” this record marked a new musical direction for Church that he couldn’t wait to share with friends and fans. 

“It does not sound like our other albums,” Church told Rolling Stone about Heart & Soul when it was released. “It does not sound like what we’ve done before. The drum sounds are different, the guitar sounds are different, and the vocals are different. It’s all different because we’ve never been in that environment.” Church is continuing to venture outside his comfort zone not only in the recording studio, but also on his headlining tours!
