Atmosphere and Cypress Hill 2021 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Atmosphere has announced a co-headlining tour with Cypress Hill this summer, taking the two hip-hop groups around the country for 17 stops in total. Z-Trip will also join, with dates beginning on August 6th in Irving, TX, and ending on August 28th in Morrison, CO.
“This is the longest time we’ve spent off of the stage since 1995. Words can’t express how excited we are to get back out there with our peoples,” Slug, one half of Atmosphere, said in a statement. “Being on tour with Cypress Hill is a psychedelic dream come true for me. The impact they had on my artistic direction couldn’t be overstated. Grateful and inspired.”
Atmosphere is a hip-hop duo composed of rappers Slug and Ant, who have been performing together since they were 20-somethings in the mid-1990s. They have released eleven studio albums, with the twelfth due at the end of 2021, and toured so extensively around the world that Slug has credited their live performances with elevating them to fame.
