AJR 2024 Tour Announcement – The Maybe Man Tour Schedule
AJR is excited to announce “The Maybe Man Tour” for 2024! The electropop trio will begin on April 2nd in Norfolk, VA, making 40+ stops before wrapping up on August 2nd in Washington, DC.
“July 9, 2005, we went out on the street for the first time and sang to strangers,” AJR said in a touching Instagram video. “After six hours of performing, we looked at each other. We made no money, no fans, and we were completely exhausted. So why the hell did we like it so much?” The sibling trio proceeded to answer that very question, and what they have to say will warm your heart.
“From then on, our goal was to bring this show to arenas, no matter how long it took,” they continued. “To recreate the chance to fully escape and not give a sh** on the biggest stages we could find. So after eighteen years, the Maybe Man arena tour is here…the chance to make a concert into a new kind of thing. A chance to create effects we’ve always wanted to but never could, a chance to show you something I don’t think you’ve ever seen before.”
After promising the AJR concert to top all AJR concerts, they named off just a few major arenas where they’ll play next year. From the Kia Forum in Los Angeles and Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, to Madison Square Garden for a full-circle moment, they’re sharing their unique brand of electropop all across the US. And the best part? AJR has brand-new tunes to share off their fifth and latest album, The Maybe Man.
Following up 2021’s OK Orchestra, these new songs are as infectiously catchy as you’d expect.
