Oliver Anthony 2024 Tour Announcement – Out Of The Woods Tour Schedule

The first-ever Oliver Anthony tour is kicking off in 2024! Dubbed the “Out Of The Woods tour,” the country-folk newcomer will kick off on February 21st in Nashville, TN. He’ll continue for seven months and make dozens of stops before wrapping up on September 13th in Allegan, MI.

Despite a couple of 2023 music festival appearances, including Blue Ridge Rock Fest and Louder Than Life, this will be the first Oliver Anthony concert for most. The last few months of success have been nothing short of breathtaking for the Virginia native! He released his raw, blue-collar anthem, called “Rich Men North Of Richmond,” only last August…but the music video already has 94 million views on YouTube and counting. And did we mention that the track hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making him the first artist to ever debut at the top spot without a previous chart entry?

It’s easy to see what’s made Oliver Anthony a viral sensation — his Virginia twang, bushy red beard, and 6’6 build not withstanding. He’s a man of the people who’s reached overnight success due to nothing but hard work, talent, and a little luck. And isn’t that the American dream? Just a few months ago, the father-of-three was working a day job struggling to make ends meet. Today, he’s set to play a sold-out Oliver Anthony tour in dozens of cities and get started recording his first album.

“I don’t know if I can say who I’m recording with or not, but he’s one of the best in the business,” Anthony told Billboard about his debut album process. “In my opinion, it’s probably going to blow away everything else I’ve done so far, because everything has been recorded with just the internal microphone off of an about broken-in-half Android phone with a cracked screen. So even just the vocal quality should absolutely knock people’s socks off, compared to what they’re used to hearing.”

“I want everything to still be authentic, and I want it to be me playing the music and not like a whole group of people involved,” he continued. “Everything now is just so carefully refined and edited and so we won’t have any of that. If anything, some of the songs are going to be recorded on older equipment from the ‘40s, ‘50s, ‘60s.” Anthony has put out a great deal of singles only since last year, including “Ain’t Gotta Dollar,” “I Want To Go Home,” “Long Gone,” and “VCR Kid.” We can’t wait to hear them on the Out Of The Woods Tour, plus some potential new tunes!
