Train 2026 Tour Announcement – Drops of Jupiter: 25 Years in the Atmosphere Tour Schedule

It’s been 25 years since Train launched themselves into the pop-rock atmosphere with their sophomore album, Drops of Jupiter. And now, they’re celebrating the project that changed everything. The band has announced their “Drops of Jupiter: 25 Years in the Atmosphere” Tour, kicking off June 4th in Bend, OR, before making its way through more than 40 cities across the U.S. and Canada.

Joined by Barenaked Ladies and Matt Nathanson, they’ll stop in Denver, Toronto, Los Angeles and more with their movie-ready brand of pop-rock. While you may be used to hearing “Hey Soul Sister” on blast all through the 2010s, it was early tracks like “Something More,” “She’s on Fire,” and of course, “Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)” that really put Train on the map. Pun intended.

They’ll likely play the album in its entirety, with fans singing every word to the main chorus. “But tell me, did you sail across the Sun? Did you make it to the Milky Way to see the lights all faded? And that Heaven is overrated?” These questions have been buzzing in our minds for over two decades now, and singer Pat Monahan is well aware of its impact.

Released in 2001, Drops of Jupiter was a once-in-a-lifetime record for the band. The title track earned Train two GRAMMY Awards — including Best Rock Song — and helped propel the San Francisco-based band from indie underdogs to international radio staples. The record went triple-platinum, spawned fan favorites like “She’s on Fire” and “Something More,” and solidified Train’s reputation for emotional, orchestral pop-rock.

In the decades since, the group has continued to evolve — topping charts again with “Hey, Soul Sister,” “Marry Me,” and “Drive By,” while never losing the warmth that made their early work timeless. The upcoming tour will span their full catalog, from the soaring strings of “Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)” to the breezy ukulele pop that dominated the 2010s.

Expect sing-alongs, stories, and maybe even a few surprises from the vault. Get your verified resale tickets to the 2026 Train tour now!
