SLANDER 2022 Tour Announcement – Thrive Tour Schedule
SLANDER continues on the “Thrive tour” through fall 2022, taking the DJ duo to 12 US cities! Their next show takes place on November 3rd in Las Vegas, NV, while they’ll make stops in Seattle, WA, Magna, UT, Houston, TX, and more before wrapping up on the 26th in Boston, MA.
“WE ARE THRIVING!” SLANDER wrote on Instagram about their first round of performances, which began in September 2022. “The past two weeks on the Thrive tour have been freaking indescribable…so much energy, so much love; we are honestly just in awe witnessing these special moments being created together with all of you.” They also gave special shoutouts to upcoming stops like Reno, Sacramento, and Seattle… and that’s just the beginning!
SLANDER, consisting of LA-based DJs Derek Andersen and Scott Land, has been having a blast promoting their debut studio album, Thrive. It’s a solid EDM record complete with undeniably catchy tracks like “Halfway Down,” “Walk on Water,” and “Replay,” all of which cause major crowd uproar in every city. We’re just waiting for their multi-night residency at Red Rocks Amphitheatre next month, where the future bass, house, and dubstep beats will definitely be amplified by the sound system in the stunning outdoor arena for the best show ever.
Of course, it’s also the chemistry between the two guys that makes a SLANDER concert so unique, which they’ve openly spoken about to the press. “The way that Derek and I perform, I feel like that is one of the things that makes us very unique compared to other acts that people have the ability to go and see,” Land told EDM.com. “There’s something about our shows and our fans where I think that the two of us being there onstage, showing vulnerability, also allows our fans to get to be vulnerable and feel comfortable doing so also.”
Those who have listened to SLANDER since 2014 can surely agree, as they’ve watched the DJs go from SoCal college roommates to certified EDM hitmakers in just a few short years. Their hits through the 2010s, like “Warning,” “Drop It,” and “Superhuman,” were insanely catchy, but the songs off Thrive are next level, and you can hear them all on this SLANDER tour.
