Where to See Dom Dolla in 2022
Dom Dolla has a handful of dates coming up toward the end of 2022! The DJ and music producer will play on December 8th in Atlanta, GA, making a stop in Pontiac, MI, on the 9th before closing out in New York City on the 10th.
It’s been a busy year for Dom Dolla, as he’s juggled his in-person DJ duties with remixing tracks for some of the biggest groups in the world. He just released a new single, “Miracle Maker,” featuring Clementine Douglas, plus a remix of the song “New Gold” by Gorillaz and Tame Impala. The second one was a particularly exciting project for Dom Dolla, born Dominic Matheson, which he definitely wasn’t shy about sharing on social media.
“My new remix of Gorillaz & Tame Impala officially came out today!” the 30-year-old DJ wrote on Twitter, “Apparently, I’m the first artist to remix Gorillaz in over five years. I hope you guys like it; it took me ages lol; life is pretty damn cool rn.” That’s the understatement of the year, as the late 2010s and early 2020s have been very kind to Dom Dolla. He’s toured the globe, working with some of the world’s most prominent artists, and been nominated for several accolades… including the ARIA Award in 2017 for his song “Be Randy” with Torren Foot. He was honored again in 2020 with a nomination for his song, “San Frandisco,” which he actually won!
Dom Dolla has topped the charts over the past decade with songs like “You,” “Pump the Brakes,” “Take It,” and “Miracle Maker,” and he’s far from finished. While he’s taking it easy through the end of 2022, he’s hinted that he has plenty more projects coming up next year… and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for the millennial DJ and music producer.
